Terms of Use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover Albria for Mac, Albria for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch (including the iPad app on Apple Vision Pro), and this website (together, "Albria"). Albria is made by Graham Alembic LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By installing or using Albria you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What Albria Is

Albria is a personal assistant that runs on your Mac. It does its thinking through your own Claude or Codex subscription, signed in on your Mac (Claude Pro or Max with Claude Code, or a ChatGPT plan that includes Codex). The iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch apps connect to Albria running on your Mac; they don't replace it.

Albria is an independent product. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, or Apple.

What You Need

We don't sell or resell AI. You pay your AI provider directly, under its own terms, and you are responsible for that account, its usage limits and its costs. We don't control any provider's pricing, availability, or behavior.

Prices and Albria Plus

Free trial

New subscribers may be offered a one-week free trial. Apple decides who is eligible. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged for the plan you chose. If you buy a subscription during a trial, any unused part of the trial ends.

Billing, renewal and cancelling

Apple's Standard License Agreement

If you got Albria from the App Store, your license to use it is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms add to it. Where the two conflict, the Standard EULA controls for the App Store app. Apple is not responsible for Albria, its support, or any claims about it; we are. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA and may enforce it.

Your AI Provider

When you use Albria, what you ask and the context Albria needs to answer are sent from your Mac to your AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) through that provider's own tool, under your account and that provider's terms and privacy policy. Albria does not proxy, store, or resell that traffic. See our Privacy Policy for what does reach us.

Actions Albria Takes for You

Albria can act on your Mac at your direction — for example running commands, editing files, or sending messages — and some actions can't be undone. Albria asks before consequential actions, but you are responsible for what you tell it to do and what you approve.

Albria is not a doctor, lawyer, financial adviser, or tax adviser, and nothing it says is professional advice. Health readings it shows from Apple Health are for your own information, not diagnosis or treatment. Albria is not an emergency service, and Care Mode is not a medical alert system. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Acceptable Use

Use Albria lawfully and only on devices and accounts you are allowed to use. Don't use it to harm others, to break your AI provider's rules, or to get around Albria's or Apple's security. If you set up Care Mode for someone, do it with their knowledge and, where they can give it, their consent.

Your Content

What you make and keep with Albria is yours. We claim no ownership of it. Most of it never reaches us; our Privacy Policy lists what does. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Albria without owing you anything for them.

Our Property

Albria, its design and its code belong to Graham Alembic LLC. Subject to these Terms (and, for the App Store app, the Standard EULA), we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Albria on devices you own or control. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. "ChatGPT" and "Codex" are trademarks of OpenAI. Apple, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc.

No Warranty

Albria is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Graham Alembic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Albria. Our total liability for any claim about Albria is limited to the amount you paid us for Albria in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Albria at any time by deleting it; cancel Albria Plus in your Apple Account settings so it doesn't renew. Albria has no account with us, so there is nothing else to close. We may stop offering Albria or any part of it, and we may end your use if you break these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can't be waived. Disputes will be heard in the state courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll also say so in the app. Using Albria after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
